Accounting/Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR/Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, employees, and management regarding financial transactions.
Support financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in AP/AR and payroll processing.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
