This Payroll Position Features:
• Work on both payroll and accounts receivable
• Work with a stable company of over 35 years, in family like environment
• Utilize your existing Sage 100 Contractor software
• Great of $35 to $38 an hour, DOE

Immediate need for Accounts Receivable, Collections & Payroll Manager for temporary coverage for some time to cover for leave. If person, unable to return, would consider person working in this role.

Responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable, Collections and Payroll
operations at CRM - including hiring and training office staff. Accounts Receivable operations generally include bookkeeping, preparing monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, assistance with tracking and reporting of capital projects and fixed asset activity, assistance with monthly inventory close, account analysis in connection with monthly closing of the books, preparation of quarterly and annual audit schedules and billing/invoicing accounts receivable. Collections involves debt collection, liens, pre-liens, and cross communication with accounts payable. Payroll operations generally include employee relations, overseeing employee benefit plans, maintaining records of all transactions and overseeing payroll services - including vacation, sick leave, worker’s compensation, 401k, etc.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of business accounting and software integration – Sage 100 Contractor.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. Even better if bilingual (Spanish).
