?? What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting support
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, or other ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Processing invoices and reconciling vendor statements
Posting payments and managing AR collections
Assisting with journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
Supporting audits and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring quality control and compliance with internal policies
