Accounting Manager- Construction
Located in San Marcos, CA | On-site, Mon–Fri
Salary- $80,000 – $125,000/year (DOE)

Well established contracting company is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities:

-Full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, reconciliations

-Prepare quarterly/year-end financial reports & WIP reports

-Manage project budgets, job costs, contracts

-Handle subcontractor compliance & certified payroll reporting (DIR, Prism, LCP Tracker, e-Mars)

-Oversee licensing, insurance renewals, 401(k) admin

-Partner with leadership on financial analysis & forecasting


Requirements:

-3+ years construction accounting or construction office management

-Certified payroll experience (DIR, Prism, LCP Tracker, e-Mars)

-Strong GAAP knowledge, MS Office proficiency

-Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or related)

-Clean background check


Preferred:

-Foundation software experience

-Notary certification

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
