Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys full cycle month-end close, cost accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced corporate accounting environment.

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in supporting accurate financial results, strengthening accounting procedures, and partnering with leadership on operational and financial insights. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full cycle month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
- Oversee cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, including inventory, product costing, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate general ledger activity and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
- Leverage NetSuite and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, improve reporting, and support operational decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to review costs, identify trends, and provide meaningful financial insights.
- Support process improvements, accounting controls, and documentation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
