The Accounting Manager leads the accounting team and provides strategic daily direction. This role partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to optimize financial performance, improve cost controls, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with internal accounting practices, processes and standards.

RESPONSIBILTIES
•Leading the Accounting team, ensuring financial data integrity, accuracy of source data inputs and reporting outputs.
•Focused recurring duties include month-end closing, accruals, financial reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracy.
•Tracking cost center spending and perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Outlook).
•Overseeing and coordinating monthly management reporting.
•Ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and audit requirements.
•Ensuring financial performance remains within approved cost center budgets.
•Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance across the business.
•Identify and manage cases of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
•Analyze structural costs monthly and provide outlook vs. budget reporting.
•Supporting month-end closing including accrual setup.
•Managing year-end transactions related to expense accruals.
•Preparing monthly reports and distribute to applicable cost centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
•4-6 years of accounting management experience.
•Strong accounting knowledge (including month-end close, accruals, financial reconciliations, audits, reporting) with understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
•MS Office Suite proficiency needed with advanced proficiency in Excel.
•SAP ERP systems experience; able to navigate transactions and understand related accounting processes.
•Possessing strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
