What We’re Looking For
The Essentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent four-year degree.
The CPA: CPA certification is a strong plus (but not required if you have the right depth of progressive experience).
The Experience: Minimum of 6 years of general accounting experience, with a solid background in team leadership and management.
Manufacturing/Distribution Background: Previous experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly valued.
System Expertise: SAP proficiency is highly preferred, especially previous experience with an ECC to S/4HANA conversion.
The Technical Toolkit: Expert-level Excel skills and a deep technical understanding of GAAP compliance.
The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with an eagle eye for detail who thrives under tight reporting deadlines.
