About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations in a product-based environment. This is a highly hands-on role that works closely with leadership to support business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while managing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow. Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and margin analysis to support business decisions. Develop budgets and provide variance analysis, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 10+ years of accounting experience, including experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale environments. Strong inventory and cost accounting experience is required, along with prior leadership experience managing staff. ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills are also essential.
