Accounting Manager – $80K | Leadership Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives in a leadership role and has a strong understanding of financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring a team, reviewing financial performance, and working closely with clients.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the production and review of monthly financial statements
Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team
Review general ledger activity, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
Analyze financial trends and ensure accurate final reporting
Communicate financial results with clients
Ensure timely filing of all required government reports
Review year-end financial statements for the tax department
Monitor accounts and report any discrepancies or irregularities
Apply strong knowledge of depreciation rules and financial reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven longevity in previous roles (we value stability and commitment)
Experience working with multiple companies or entities (franchise or multi-entity environments preferred)
Strong financial statement review and reporting experience
Deep understanding of general ledger accounting and financial analysis
Flexible and adaptable to different workloads, systems, and client needs
CPA not required, but a high-level understanding of financial statements is essential
