Are you a financial expert who thrives on reviewing, analyzing, and leading? We’re seeking a strong Accounting Manager who brings deep financial statement expertise and a passion for mentoring teams. What You’ll Do

As our Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of the financial reporting process and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production and accuracy of monthly financial statements
Conduct detailed financial statement reviews (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger)
Analyze trends and provide meaningful financial insights
Review year-end financial statements prior to submission to the Tax Department
Ensure timely filing of all required government reports
Apply and interpret depreciation rules accurately
Communicate findings clearly, including any irregularities or potential theft on client accounts
Interact directly with clients to review results and answer financial questions
Train, mentor, and lead the accounting team

What You Bring

We’re looking for a professional with a true understanding of financial statements — someone who sees beyond the numbers and understands the story they tell.

Required Experience:
Significant financial review experience
Strong General Ledger expertise
Advanced knowledge of:
Profit & Loss Statements
Balance Sheets
Final financial reporting
Proven ability to review trends and identify key insights
Leadership experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff
High-level understanding of financial statement analysis
CPA is not required, but a strong, high-level financial reporting background is essential.
