As Sr. Accounting Manager – Reporting, you will lead critical financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, and consolidations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial statements for internal and external reporting
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards
Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering continuous improvement
Support ERP system enhancements and other process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of supervisory experience in financial reporting or general ledger accounting
CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills and ERP/consolidation system experience a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Proven ability to drive process improvements and guide high-performing teams
