?? What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee all accounting functions, ensure timely financial reporting, and lead a team to support the company’s financial goals. Your expertise will help keep our books in order, processes running smoothly, and strategic decisions informed by accurate data.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing month-end and year-end close processes

Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports

Leading and mentoring the accounting team

Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors

Driving process improvements to increase efficiency

Collaborating with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting

? What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proven leadership abilities and team management experience

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
