Min 7-10 years experience in accounting and 5 years in supervisory role
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
ERP system experience (example. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, Sage, etc)

Qualifications
•A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
•Have experience working with B2B and B2C
•ERP system is a MUST
•Experience in conducting the cradle to grave month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciling various balance sheet accounts, including intercompany reconciliation, maintaining the fixed assets module, financial analysis, and reporting
•Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team; the environment tends toward all associates pitching in to solve problems and to train each other on key tasks; must inspire innovation
•Personable with exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
•Possess a high level of personal integrity, a strong work ethic, and a steady demeanor
Responsibilities
•The effective management and profitable operation of assigned branch office
•Supervised accounting department with 10 staff
•Budget and Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
•Review costs for optimal budget planning
•Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
•Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team to guide financial decisions, recommend, monitor, and enforce accounting policies and procedures to maintain a system of controls and provide appropriate information to manage the business
•Manage the financial data analytics
•Prepare budgets and financial reports by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial and operating data
•Perform annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly variance analysis
•Participate in year-end closing process as directed.
•Act as a business partner to the President and board members by gathering and analyzing financial information with company fundamentals and making business, sector, and industry recommendations
•Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures, acquisitions, or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, product costing, etc., when necessary
•Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & entity accounting, and cost accounting
•Develop accounting staff through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
•Interface with customers and vendors to create alliances for best practices in daily operations
•Perform contract review and collaborate with Operations
•Prepare a wide array of financial analysis and presentations as needs arise
•Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions
•Oversees and participates in the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
•Experience in wholesale trade company and big box retailers is preferred
•Develop and oversee the company’s new structuring and new policy
