A global company is seeking a proactive and strategic Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting business decisions by providing clear financial insights and ensuring strong financial management across multiple departments and product lines.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, business acumen, and a drive to improve processes and systems. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a finance partner to various teams and product lines
Oversee accounting tasks such as invoice review, expense reporting, and contract support
Lead the month-end close process, including accruals and variance analysis
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
Prepare and review financial reports to support business decisions
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Review payment and billing requests for accuracy and proper classification
Support finance systems development and testing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
5+ years of relevant finance and/or accounting experience
Big Four experience is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working across teams and departments
Enthusiastic about improving systems and processes
Adaptable and detail-oriented
Occasional travel to the Lancaster, California office is required
