We are seeking an experienced and educated Accounting Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and take ownership of both day-to-day accounting functions and strategic financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This position oversees one Accounting Manager and their team, leading all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, sales transaction reviews, variance analysis, SPA review, and financial reporting. The role also includes responsibility for tax filings, inventory count planning and execution, audits, and internal controls. The Accounting Manager will work closely with company leadership, offering insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive financial outcomes.

In addition to core accounting duties, this individual must be comfortable managing payroll and stepping in when needed. They will also handle HR-related tasks such as tracking PTO and vacation. Strong working knowledge of MAS 90, QuickBooks, and Acumatica is essential. This role is fully on-site, supporting a team of 40 employees, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, sick time, 401K, profit sharing, and medical coverage.
