Our client, an established and growing company in Irvine, CA, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Accounting Manager with payroll exposure or experience to join their leadership team. This direct-hire role offers the opportunity to lead a robust accounting operation, manage budgeting and forecasting, and eventually grow into a CFO position. You’ll oversee a team, collaborate with HR on payroll and PTO, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance. This role offers a competitive salary of $75k + depending on experience, full benefits including 401(k) with profit sharing, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a medium size organization.
