Summary:
The Accounting Manager will lead accounting operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, accurate financial reporting, and oversight of junior staff. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for assigned clients.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Coordinate client communications and manage deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and support audit readiness.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
