Accounting Manager

Our client is committed to financial excellence and operational integrity. We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
Implement process improvements and accounting system upgrades.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
