We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Professional with a strong background in accounting functions, leasing, and resident account management. This is a key position within our team.

What You Will Do:
As our Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Property Management & Leasing
Managing the full leasing cycle: marketing, tours, application review, and move-ins/move-outs
Building strong professional relationships with residents and owners
Handling renewals, lease compliance, and property-level customer service
Managing Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and bank reconciliations with precision
Reviewing ledgers, posting payments, processing deposits
Supporting financial reporting and ensuring up-to-date, accurate records
Responding to resident inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Managing resident accounts, ledgers, and documentation
Coordinating with maintenance, vendors, and ownership as needed

Required Qualifications:

Strong, hands-on property management experience (residential or commercial)
Proficiency in accounting functions: Bank Reconciliation, A/P, A/R
Leasing experience with a strong record of closing and renewals
Experience managing resident or tenant accounts
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, MRI, etc.)
