We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Accounting Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative office environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and computer skills who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting a high-volume operation.
This is not a traditional accounting position. Instead, the focus is on data management, transaction processing, account balancing, and supporting escrow operations. Candidates should be comfortable working with multiple systems, handling a high volume of email communication, and collaborating closely with internal teams.
Qualifications
Previous office, administrative, data entry, or transaction processing experience
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
Review incoming and outgoing wire transactions for accuracy
Maintain consistency between internal systems and banking activity
Support Escrow Officers with accurate escrow ledger maintenance
Process and update transaction data within company databases
Generate and maintain reports as needed
Ensure all records are maintained accurately and confidentially
Communicate effectively with internal teams through Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks related to escrow operations
