Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk - Manufacturing for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in Fort Worth, TX. Key Responsibilities

- Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Support Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, payment tracking, and account updates.
- Review invoices for pricing, quantity, billing, and documentation discrepancies.
- Partner with Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving teams to research and resolve invoice issues.
- Assist with invoice matching, partial billing, account reconciliations, and month-end accounting support.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, vendor documentation, and related accounting files.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions in a manufacturing or business operations environment.
- Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and vendors.
- Support billing, invoice matching, reconciliations, and month-end accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and help ensure timely financial processing.

- 1 to 2 years of accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or related experience.
- Previous experience with AP and AR processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience collaborating with Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving departments.
- Knowledge of invoice matching, partial billing, account reconciliations, and billing processes.
- Ability to support cross-functional accounting workflows in a high-volume operational setting.
