Long Term temporary assignment located in Downtown L.A. for a strong Accounting clerk with both A/P and A/R experience. Degree is Accounting or related field is a huge plus!
Knowledge of accounting systems, procedures and theory. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately. Previous related work experience.
Responsibilities:
The job will entail some analysis and primarily clerical work. The primary role will be to assist the Sundry Billing in reducing their damage claim backlog. Other duties include:
• Entering Damage Claims into draft form in K2(automated workflow and invoicing system)
• Analysis of Damage Claims
• Printing Invoices and prepping them for USPS
• Filing of department records both soft and hard copy records.
