Produce company in Wilmington, CA is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Admin Support to assist with both accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Post a high volume of cash receipts. • Manage full collections for multiple divisional aging. • Contact past-due accounts. • Research and collect on deductions and chargebacks. • Maintain weekly collection reports. • Provide excellent customer service to customers, salespeople, and management. • Complete special projects as assigned. • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the A/R collection process and terminology. • Exhibit high dependability. • Learn quickly and work effectively with minimal supervision. • Demonstrate strong multitasking and organizational skills. • Maintain composure when assisting customers in challenging situations. Qualifications: • Experience in A/R and collections. • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work well and professionally with others.
