Immediate need for accounting clerk (ar/ap).
Fast-paced entertainment & creative production company is seeking an Accounting Clerk with strong experience in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Excel. This role supports daily finance operations in a deadline-driven environment requiring accuracy, organization, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable (AP): invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payment support
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor statements, and account clean-up
Support month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reporting)
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Support Senior Accountant with daily tasks and special projects
Qualifications
1–3+ years AP/AR or general accounting experience
Proficiency in NetSuite, QBO, and Excel required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with high-volume data entry and accounting systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and able to start quickly
