The position centers on accurate invoicing, tracking payments, and supporting collections to keep the company’s revenue flowing smoothly. The clerk also collaborates with internal teams, maintains organized financial records, and assists with general administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Invoice processing — creating and sending service invoices quickly and accurately
Accounts receivable tracking — monitoring outstanding balances and following up on late payments
Client communication — responding to billing questions via phone, email, or mail
Record maintenance — keeping detailed logs of billing and collection activity
Issue resolution — working with internal teams to fix billing errors or disputes
Administrative support — assisting the accounting department as needed
