Accounting Clerk (AP/AR) | Excel Powerhouse Wanted
Are you an organized numbers pro who thrives on details and loves working with data? AppleOne is seeking a talented Accounting Clerk with strong Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Excel skills to join a dynamic and growing team!
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Process invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments
Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
Experience in AP/AR or general accounting support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (this is a must!)
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation
$20–$22 per hour, based on experience
