We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy across financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties
Maintain and assist with inventory control processes
Process credit applications efficiently and accurately
Follow up on and collect past due payments
Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, invoices, and balances
Assist customers with online account access and troubleshooting issues
Complete daily administrative paperwork, including sorting and filing
Qualifications:
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Strong problem-solving skills with solid computer proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
