We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle AP/AR, including invoicing, payments, and collections
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online
Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and account inquiries
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience with strong AP/AR background
QuickBooks Online experience is required
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Excel and general accounting systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
