We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with hands-on experience in NetSuite, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Microsoft Excel to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accurate, organized work.

Key Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice entry, coding, routing for approvals, and preparing payment runs.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including billing, posting customer payments, and reconciling customer accounts.

Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor statement reviews, and account clean-up tasks.

Maintain organized digital and physical financial records to support audits and internal controls.

Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Assist the Senior Accountant with special projects, reporting, and daily operational tasks.

Identify and troubleshoot basic accounting issues with a solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting support.

Proficiency with NetSuite, QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

High level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.

Familiarity with GAAP principles is a plus.
