Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Full-time M-F 8-5

What We’re Looking For:
MUST HAVE 2+ years of consecutive Accounting Clerk experience
MUST HAVE QuickBooks experience (required)
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) with accuracy and efficiency
Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and confidence
Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and office coordination
Play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day office and financial operations
