Are you an accounting professional who enjoys keeping things accurate, organized, and moving in the right direction? We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company in the City of Ontario that is looking to add a dependable Accounting Clerk to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting support, detail-driven work, and being part of a stable company where your contributions matter.
What you’ll be doing:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with invoice matching, data entry, and payment processing
Reconcile statements and help resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Support billing, posting, and general ledger activity
Assist with month-end close tasks and reporting
Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
Provide general accounting and administrative support to the team
What we’re looking for:
Previous accounting clerk, AP, AR, or general accounting support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and financial documentation
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
