Job Title: Accounting & Inventory Clerk (Construction)

Location: ONSITE in Escondido, CA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

A construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Inventory Clerk. This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assisting with inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Review and reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
Assist with inventory tracking and reporting
Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
Support general administrative and accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:
2+ years experience with AP and AR
Inventory tracking background preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Construction background preferred, but not required
Experience with Sage 100 accounting software a plus, but not required
Experience with Hilti On Track inventory software a plus, but not required
