Accounting Clerk –
Location: Charlotte, NC (Matthews/Mint Hill – 28227)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, In-Office
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities
• Perform general accounting duties as assigned
• Handle work order billings, A/R collections, and daily deposits
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Support the front office, including answering phones and greeting visitors
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with office operations and jump in where needed
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows

Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a general accounting support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Notary certification a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a “go-getter” with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Must be comfortable working onsite daily
• Background check required
