In this role, you’ll handle high-volume billing, process payroll for office and field staff, maintain organized financial records, and support a variety of accounting functions. Billing & Accounting Support
Process billing transactions and high-volume data entry
Verify, code, and file accounting and statistical documents
Assist with AP, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Manage accounting mail, log checks, and coordinate returns
Payroll Support
Compile and enter timecards and payroll data
Process and issue paychecks, reports, and statements
Verify hours, adjustments, deductions, and benefit details
Enter new hires into payroll systems and support onboarding
Handle employment verifications and benefits documentation
Administrative & Department Support
Maintain and replenish department supplies
Assist with printing, check runs, mailings, and document prep
Support audits, budgeting activities, and reporting
Respond to payroll or payment inquiries professionally
Maintain confidentiality of all employee and financial information
Requirements
2–3+ years of consecutive experience in payroll, billing, accounting, or admin support
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong math and detail-oriented mindset
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately
Willingness to ask questions and learn new systems
Experience with QuickBooks or Kronos
Associate degree in Accounting/Business
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Steady work with room to grow
