We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions within a fast-paced real estate development environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and enjoys working with numbers, documents, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Enter, review, and compare data across multiple reports to ensure consistency and basic data accuracy
Prepare, compile, scan, and file accounting documents, reports, invoices, and supporting paperwork
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for financial records and project folders
Assist with spreadsheet preparation and updates using Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data formatting
Support accounts payable and receivable processes by organizing documentation and entering information as needed
Help maintain organized records for real estate projects, vendors, and internal departments
Perform general administrative support for the accounting team, including copying, scanning, and document tracking
Adhere to company procedures and internal controls to maintain confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications:
Prior experience in an accounting assistant, accounting clerk, accounts payable, or administrative support role preferred
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to perform basic data checks and identify discrepancies between reports
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
