Accounting Assistant – Direct Hire | Irvine, CA | $60K + Bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join a stable, growing company in Irvine, CA. This is a 100% onsite role (no remote or hybrid option), and candidates must live locally. The ideal candidate will hold a BA in Accounting and have 3–5 years of relevant experience (strongly preferred; not to exceed ~8–10 years), with demonstrated longevity in prior roles.

Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, collections, and payroll support, along with general office and filing duties. Strong MS Word and Excel skills are required, and experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software is a plus. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working with customers and vendors.
