Accounting Clerk (AP/AR) | EPICOR | Manufacturing a Plus
1–3 Years Experience | Detail-Driven | Works with External CPA
If you love clean numbers, tidy files, and the satisfaction of a balanced ledger, this role is your lane. We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk to handle day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic cash management while partnering with an external CPA who manages month-end close and financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
Process AP invoices: match to POs/receivers, enter into EPICOR, and prepare weekly payments
Manage AR: invoicing, payment posting, deposits, and customer follow-up on past-due accounts
Monitor daily bank balances and support cash tracking
Prepare basic reconciliations and tracking reports (prepaids, open invoices, customer prepayments)
Provide organized documentation to the external CPA for reconciliations and reporting
Protect confidential financial information and support special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of AP/AR or general accounting experience
Strong accuracy, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Manufacturing experience is a plus
High school diploma required; AA in Accounting/Business preferred
ERP/accounting system experience required (EPICOR preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency
