Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our finance department. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant experience and exceptional organizational skills.

Accounting Associate - Los Angeles, CA
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Compensation: Up to $65,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
• Support Accounts Payable/Receivable (processing invoices, payments, reconciling statements).
• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial transaction records.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing (journal entries, account reconciliation).
• Support payroll and employee expense reporting.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis (statements, variance reports).
•
Essential Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
