We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our client’s finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in accuracy. You’ll play a key part in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the preparation of reports to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.

Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors.

Accounts Receivable: Assist with billing customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding invoices.

Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial files and documentation, including receipts and invoices.

Reports: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Compliance: Support adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in accounting or finance preferred).
