A medical device manufacturing company is hiring Accounting Clerk. They are committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity. Essential Job Functions:

Prepare monthly sales incentive and Access Commission reports; reconcile to GL and propose journal entries.
Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense ledgers; assist with month-end close and variance analysis.
Record payroll, foreign currency, and non-standard transactions in ERP system.
Reconcile sales tax data, file multi-state returns, and process payments.
Assist with quarterly and annual audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparation.
Support year-end closing, 1099 preparation, and fluctuation analysis.
Provide backup support for A/P and A/R functions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 1 year of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, audits, and month-end close.
Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control principles.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
