What You’ll Do:
Handle all phases of job costing using RMS and QuickBooks accounting software. • Maintain accurate financial records for the franchise, working closely with a CPA for compliance and accuracy. • Communicate effectively and empathetically with team members, clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters, demonstrating a sense of urgency when needed. • Ensure all job costs are properly tracked, documented, and aligned with company guidelines. • Support ongoing financial and operational processes to help the company grow and succeed.

Your role involves working with owners, office staff, insurance carriers, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to accurately cost jobs and ensure compliance. You’ll also build relationships and contribute to ongoing process improvements daily.
