Join our team as an Accounting Clerk and help keep our finances on track! We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional with QuickBooks experience to assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and support our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Process A/P and A/R transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Assist with payroll and month-end close
Use QuickBooks to manage transactions and generate reports
Requirements:
2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with general accounting principles
