Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

*Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Process accounts receivable transactions and incoming payments according to established financial procedures
Conduct daily financial activities: verifying, classifying, posting, and recording data
Prepare and post accurate bank deposits
Reconcile the AR ledger, ensuring all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved
Investigate and resolve client billing issues professionally and efficiently
Follow up on outstanding invoices via reminders and direct client communication
Assist with audits and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulations
Support the accounting department with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
1–2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with exposure to accounts payable
Proven track record of tenure and reliability in past roles
Proficiency in Oracle and/or Salesforce (preferred)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
High accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Associates degree in accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience)
