What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile invoices and process payments
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Help organize and maintain financial records
Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail (you catch the small things others miss!)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
High level of organization — you love a good spreadsheet!
