The Accounting & Audit Associate supports the Accounts Payable Shared Services function by ensuring compliance with internal controls, Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policies, and SOX requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3+ years of professional accounting and/or auditing experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational, and planning skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong self-management skills, including self-motivation, calmness under pressure, positive attitude, honesty, and self-control
Proven relationship management skills, including collaboration, team building, and the ability to motivate others
Solid understanding of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policies, procedures, guidance documents, and internal controls
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas)
Proficiency with Concur expense management system required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
4 days WFH / 1 day in office - Orlando, FL 32801
Temporary for 2 months with possibility to extend or be temp to perm
Pay: $25.33/hour
