Accounting Associate – Westlake, CA
We’re seeking a Temporary Accounting Associate to provide coverage for an employee on leave.
This role offers $25-$30/hour, a locally remote setup (2-4 in-office days per month), and the potential for extension beyond the anticipated end date of May 15.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Management: Update cash forecasts and prepare intercompany requisition files.
Tax & Reporting: Handle government filings (e.g., US Census reports, Maine Bottle Tax) and support income tax return prep.
P-Card Management: Review transactions for compliance and adjust limits as needed.
Ad Hoc Projects: Perform account reconciliations and assist with various requests.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field highly preferred.
SAP experience is a MUST.
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Immediate availability to start and
flexibility to be onsite as needed.
