Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (base + bonus + mileage)
Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who enjoys keeping the numbers accurate and the business running smoothly? We’re looking for an Accounting Assistant with hands-on experience in AP, AR, and Payroll support to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in financial accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
Process Accounts Payable by entering and updating vendor invoices in Sage 50 and preparing payments
Handle Accounts Receivable by entering sales invoices, sending customer bills, and posting daily payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage collections on aged receivables through statements, calls, and emails
Assist with payroll processing by verifying overtime and PTO
Maintain organized vendor and invoice files (ability to lift up to 10 lbs)
Provide general office support for special events and departmental needs
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Experience with accounting software (Sage 50 preferred, not required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, accurate, and dependable
