Accounting Assistant
Irvine, CA (100% Onsite – must be local to Central or South OC)
Direct Hire | Full-Time
$60,000 base

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations in their Irvine office. This is a fully onsite role with no remote or hybrid option.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
1–3 years of accounting experience

Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Enter vendor and sales invoices into accounting system
Prepare payment checks and related reports
Handle cash receipts (check, wire, cash, misc.)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with collections on aged receivables via phone and email
Support payroll processing (verifying overtime and PTO)
Maintain organized filing systems
Provide general office support for seminars or special events as needed
