Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Location: 100% onsite (no remote/hybrid)
Compensation: Base salary + bonus + mileage
Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Sage 50 (or similar)
Enter vendor and sales invoices; prepare checks and reports
Handle customer invoicing, cash receipts, and collections
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with payroll by verifying overtime and PTO
Maintain organized filing and provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
3–5 years of accounting experience preferred
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Sage 50 experience a plus (not required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
