Our client is seeking an organized, detail-driven Accounting Assistant to support their growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of daily structure and problem-solving, and who takes pride in keeping financial operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assist with invoice processing, coding, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and help prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Review data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
• Assist with filing, document management, and general administrative tasks
• Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to support accounting operations

• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Comfort with Excel and accounting software
